Refund Policy
1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy removes, excludes or restricts your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our services come with automatic guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for purpose, and be supplied within a reasonable time.
2. Website Build & Development Fees
Fees paid for website build, design, development or migration are non-refundable once work has commenced, due to the custom nature of the services. If a major failure occurs (e.g. the service is not fit for purpose and cannot be remedied), you are entitled to a refund or replacement as provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Hosting & Recurring Service Fees
Hosting, email, domain registration and other recurring service fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. If you cancel mid-cycle, the service will continue until the end of the paid period. Early cancellation does not entitle you to a partial refund.
4. Discretionary Refunds
Outside of your statutory rights, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via the contact form with your order details and reason for the request.
